Having first met Brian on BT when I was an apprentice in Tunbridge Wells Telephone Exchange my lasting memory will be that I never did see him ever angry or unhelpful as he went about his work. He was laid back and never got over heated! A real cuddly bear. One of the best and will indeed be missed. Ray Moon.
